Welcome to Sonoma Rosso, your California Wine Country vacation home.
WE ARE NOW BOOKING THROUGH 2025
Sonoma Rosso is a tranquil retreat located on the Highway 12 Wine Trail in beautiful Kenwood, in California's Sonoma Valley. Kenwood is an area known for stunning vineyards, rolling hills and mountain views. We have numerous renowned wineries, state and regional parks for hiking and exploring, and nearby towns with wine country charm and historical sites.
Stroll through the north side garden, filled with drought tolerant and native plants, designed as a passageway across the front of the property.
What guests are saying...
Spending time at Sonoma Rosso this past summer was the highlight of our year. We stayed in the Guest Cottage - the accommodations were tasteful, comfortable, and well-stocked. The setting is lovely and perfect: beautiful and well-maintained landscaping, an inviting pool, and a patio perfect for both morning coffee and twilight summer dinners. There is a second rental unit — the Creekside Cottage — so if you’re traveling with friends or family, you should consider renting both units.
The Rossos have perfected the art of hosting. They know how to balance privacy with just the right amount of attention. They have a beautiful fruit and vegetable garden, and are most generous sharing the bounty which results from their efforts. The location is perfect, near wineries, food, and great hiking. After an active day, a quick swim and a grilled dinner (with local wine) are the perfect way to wind down.
