For longer-term, seasonal furnished rental lease:
  • The rate is 50% off short term rates for stays of 31 or more days. There is no county tax on stays of 31 days or more.
  • Tenant may establish electric utility, cable and internet accounts in their name or make a separate utilities deposit based on average cost
  • For longer stays, monthly use of housekeeper is required to avoid excess move-out cleaning fee
  • There will be a move-out cleaning fee 
  • The cottage may be reserved through Airbnb or Vrbo platform for the first 31 days if tenant wishes to use credit card
  • For direct booking leases we require an online application with first month’s rent and security deposit due in advance, with proof of income, credit and background check and photo ID
